In 2010 the ATEC was closer to its customers, listened to their needs, examined the potential for improvement and presented training solutions and consulting. Created-if new areas of training in order to follow market trends, which were to meet the needs of its customers and the market in General.
The ATEC Avenged in ITED (Telecommunications infrastructures in buildings) and in ITUR (Telecommunications Infrastructure in squatter settlements, Housing collections and Buildings), welding, in the management of systems and processes. The ATEC was beyond and arrived to the various regions of the country, wherever your intervention was necessary, with mobile equipment and solutions flexible and dynamic. Technical and technologically, as Rose is for example the inauguration of ATEC Welding Center. Another example is the certification of the company by ANACOM as forming entity and ITED ITUR. Featured also for the preparation of a training room with telecommunications equipment of last generation, particularly for Optical Fiber.
Started new courses in vocational training for young people and adults, focusing on key areas for which the ATEC is already recognised as a response to market developments, thus enabling more chances of employability of its graduates, though this proved to be, always, quite high.
In management of systems and processes, the ATEC launched successfully the program European Industrial Engineer, After joint development with the MTM Association (Methods Time MeasurementSwitzerland). Placed on the market Moderatio Business Moderation, in the context of Organizational Moderation with regard to the areas of Organizational and Personnel Development.
In the area of renewable energies, the ATEC has developed courses on spectrum of photovoltaic Solar energy, that triggered the installation of photovoltaic solar panels that, in addition to being used in training, enable the production of energy for domestic consumption.
We innovate to grow and is now better prepared to face new challenges.
Contribution to a better future
Bearing in mind that the Country, with a level of professional qualification in development, in the face of a highly competitive international environment, is facing a watershed which requires the actual mobilization and commitment of all, we remain committed to participate in the ongoing changes, which will remedy this deficit. This task requires not only the strengthening of all avenues of training, but also a coordination effort between the professional education and the labour market, focusing in particular on work-linked training, which will contribute to the integration of young people, as quickly as possible, in the labour market.
One of the contributions of ATEC to overcome these difficulties, among others, translates into a formative offer courses for young people of various professions, level III to V, with particular predominance for double certification, courses conferring and professional school.
On the other hand, based on the actual needs identified together with businesses, the ATEC will continue to offer to the market shares of high-level continuing training, sectoral or trans-sectoral, with refresher and further training for employees in enterprises, for various professional groups, whether courses for executives, for Technical or levels for operators.
To follow-up, and deepen, the work done in recent years, the ATEC relies on all of its employees, which, allied to their professional skills, are imbued with a high team spirit and motivation, allowing us to see each project for more simple that is, on a mission to carry out successfully.
It is in this context and with that spirit that the ATEC will continue also committed to develop intervention projects in Strategic and operational management consulting building tailor-made solutions, comprehensive and innovative enterprise panorama in Portuguese, collaborating so active, and interventivamente, to the desensolvimento of the country.
